The signing of the Booking Form constitutes acceptance of these conditions by the client

1. These Booking Conditions form the sole contract between the owners and the person signing the Booking Form (who must be over 21 years of age). The person (client) signing the Booking Form shall be deemed to be signing on behalf of all members of the party, who agree to be bound by the Booking Conditions. No contract shall exist until the owners have received a signed Booking Form, together with the correct payment. The accommodation is booked exclusively for the people named on the booking form; excesses are not permitted in accordance with the Florida State Law.
2. A deposit of £150.00 per week is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the date of departure. If the booking is made 8 weeks or less from the date of departure, the full amount is required at the time of booking.
3. The deposit will be treated as part payment of the total amount due. If the balance is not paid 8 weeks prior to the departure date, the owners shall have the right to cancel the booking without further notice. In the event of cancellation for any reason, deposit and final balance are not refundable. The owners or their agents are not responsible for any loss of enjoyment or use of the Villa due to travel disruption. It is very important that you have adequate insurance cover.
4. Bookings of six days or less will incur a cleaning charge of £ 50.00.
5. No all male or all female parties aged under 25, or where the majority are aged under 25, are allowed.
6. No smoking is permitted in the villa.
7. No pets or animals allowed in the villa.
8. Only those guests listed on the booking form are allowed to stay overnight in the villa.
9. No RV's (recreational vehicles) are allowed to park on the property. No water or electrical connectivity is allowed between the villa and an RV.
10. The Owner or their Agents accept no liability or responsibility whatsoever for personal injury or accident, loss or damage of personal effects, whenever or however caused. It is very important that you have adequate insurance cover.
11. Guests are advised to take out travel/holiday insurance when booking to protect against cancellation costs.
12. The Owner or their Agents do not take any responsibility for injury or accident caused as a result of the use of the pool. Guests are specifically requested not to allow children to use the pool unsupervised.
13. Should any problem occur with the accommodation during your stay, you must notify the local Management Company immediately. The telephone number of the Management Company will be provided to you before departure.
14. Check in time is 4.00 p.m. Check out time is 10.00 a.m
15. The client is responsible for and pays all travel arrangements, airline tickets, car rental, medical and travel insurance and any other costs incurred in connection with the holiday. Payment via the Booking Form is for the rental of the Villa only.
16. Any charges incurred due to misuse of security system or calls in error to Security Company will be charged to client.
17. The Management Company checks the property on your departure. If any damage or breakages have occurred during your stay, you will be charged accordingly. On receipt of a satisfactory report from our Managing Agents, your £150.00 Security Deposit will be refunded.
18. The owners of this Villa and their agents have the right to refuse entry or evict any person not abiding by these conditions.
19. This contract is subject to and shall be in accordance with the laws of England and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
